One Adult, Three Children Injured in Randolph County Crash
Multiple Macon residents were injured in an accident on Sunday in Randolph County.
The crash occurred at about 3:25 p.m. Sunday on Highway 63, just south of Cairo. According to Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 29-year-old woman driving a 2016 Ford Explorer traveled off the right side of the road, struck an embankment, and overturned in the median. The driver had serious injuries, while her three passengers, an 8-year-old boy, a 4-year-old girl and a 2-year-old girl were also injured.
All of them were taken to University Hospital, and all four were wearing seatbelts and proper safety devices at the time of the crash.
