Mexico Man Sentenced for Rape after Guilty Plea

A Mexico man was pleaded guilty and was sentenced today to multiple charges of rape from 2020.

20-year-old Demontrez Watson pleaded guilty at a pretrial conference to First Degree Rape, Second Degree Rape, and two counts of Second Degree Sodomy with two separate female victims.

Watson reportedly raped the first victim in May 2020 and the second victim in October 2020. Watson was 15 at the time.

Watson received 10 years’ prison time for forcible rape and seven years’ prison for the other charges, with his sentences to run concurrently.
