Fulton Teen Arrested After a Pound of Marijuana and Guns Found During Traffic Stop
A Fulton man has been arrested after a traffic stop on Missouri Boulevard in Jefferson City involving marijuana and weapons.
A driver was reportedly pulled over on Tuesday for not having license plates on his Jeep. Upon making the stop, authorities say in probable cause statements that they could smell marijuana, and ordered the driver and passenger out of the car.
The officer searched the car and found a pound of marijuana as well as two guns.
The passenger, Isaiah J. Devine of Fulton, with Deliver Controlled Substance and two counts of Unlawful Use Of Weapon – Possess Weapon And A Felony Controlled Substance.
Devine was being held in the Cole County Jail without bond.
