The Callaway County Humane Society (CCHS) has opened its long-term project, The Pet Pantry, a free self-service pantry with basic pet supplies for animal owners.
The pantry is located at 500 Hunter Lane in Holts Summit and is completely donation-based.
The Pet Pantry will be open on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or until supplies run out.
The City of Columbia announced that the yard waste drop-off site at Capen Park would be temporarily closed due to capacity.
