Cooper County Man Has Trial Moved to Montgomery County
The trial for a Cooper County man accused of multiple felonies has been moved to another county.
42-year-old Sam Shetler, who is the former head of an Amish “retreat”, is charged with three counts of Trafficking for the Purposes of Forced Labor, one count of First-Degree Sodomy, four counts of First Degree Kidnapping with Terrorizing, First Degree Sexual Abuse, and First Degree Involuntary Manslaughter.
His trial has been moved to Montgomery County. His next court appearance is scheduled for August 13 at 3 p.m.
