Fulton Man Drowns in Osage County Friday
A Fulton man drowned in the Gasconade River on Friday evening.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident happened at 8 p.m. near Rollins Ferry, where the 72-year-old man tried to retrieve a vessel from a boat ramp and went under the surface of the water and did not come back up.
MSHP noted that the man was not wearing a life jacket at the time of the incident.
