Woman Charged in $25K Tractor Theft
A Warren County woman is facing felony charges after authorities say she stole a tractor from a local tree farm.
Deputies responded to Frisella Tree Farm Sunday afternoon after a 2022 Kubota tractor, valued at about $25,000, was reported stolen.
Investigators say a witness spotted Megan Meyer driving the tractor, and a farm caretaker tracked her down and stopped the vehicle before recovering it.
Meyer was arrested and charged with stealing property worth $25,000 or more and first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle.
She was booked into the Warren County Jail without bond.
