Columbia Police Arrest One Man for Alleged $50,000 Burglary
Columbia police made one arrest Tuesday in connection to a burglary in the 1900 block of Paris Road.
According to a press release from the Columbia Police Department, officers responded around 2 a.m. to a burglary in which a glass door was shattered and the business reported about $50,000 of merchandise stolen.
Through their investigation, Columbia Police detectives were able to identify 31-year-old Casey Rushin’s vehicle using Flock Safety cameras. Rushin was arrested Aug. 11 on charges of second-degree burglary, felony stealing and first-degree property damage.
