2 More Charged in I-70/U.S. 63 Shooting

Two more people are facing charges in connection with an August shooting at the Interstate 70 and U.S. 63 connector in Columbia.

Newly unsealed court documents show 47-year-old Montrez Ricketts Senior and 43-year-old Walter Ricketts are each charged with first-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon and two counts of armed criminal action.

Two others, 19-year-old Chase Ricketts and 52-year-old Mechoal Lewis, also face charges in the case.

Court documents allege shots were fired from a vehicle at two others, leaving a 26-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the mouth.

All four suspects are being held without bond.
