Kehoe Expands Diesel Fuel Relief

Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe has signed an executive order expanding transportation cost relief for farmers and truckers.

Signed Friday, Executive Order 26-20 allows motor vehicles to use tax-free, dyed diesel fuel on Missouri highways for any purpose, temporarily suspending state restrictions and penalties.

The order also extends temporary increases to allowable agricultural vehicle weight limits.

Kehoe says the move is intended to lower transportation costs and help reduce expenses for Missouri families and businesses.

The order is set to expire December 31st, 2026.
