Missouri Attorney General, Josh Hawley, announced today he has filed suit against the Obama Administration over an expansion on federal power over farm and ranch land across Missouri and nationwide.
The rules in question ask for a definition of the term “critical habitat” for endangered and threatened species.
Missouri joins 19 other states in the suit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.
