Flu Rampant in Missouri

The Centers For Disease Control is reporting a high level of flu in the state of Missouri.

The virus is widespread throughout the state, and not confined to any one region.


To avoid infection, doctors recommend getting vaccinated, always cover your mouth when coughing and wash hands frequently.

The symptoms of the flu include fever, body aches and fatigue.

About 88 percent of confirmed cases have been identified as Influenza A.
