Mexico is home to a new restaurant that just opened this (Wednesday) morning.
Kats Kitchen opened at 621 East Liberty Street.
The owners are Ray and Kat Frechette and they have owned business’s in Hallsville, and Columbia.
Ray Frechette says they are a Classic American Diner.
Kats Kitchen will be open 7 days a week from 6am until 2pm.
