A robbery at the Fastlane Convenience store in Columbia this (Monday) morning is being investigated.

According to Columbia Police it happened just after 6 this (Monday) morning at the Fastlane at 1013 North West Boulevard.

Apparently a male suspect followed an employee into the store and demanded money implying he had a weapon.

No injuries are being reported.

The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20’s.
