A mistrial is being declared in the trial of the Columbia man accused of shooting 2 men.
The jury in the trial for Mylonyo T. Cunningham deliberated for 3 and a half hours yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon, before telling Judge Christine Carpenter that a unanimous verdict could not be met.
Cunningham was accused of shooting 2 of his former co-workers at the Southside Pizza in Columbia.
Cunningham claimed self-defense.
The prosecuting attorney says a case will be rescheduled however it is unknown when it will be tried again.
