A Pike County Teen is in serious condition after a 1 car accident.
The Highway Patrol reports 18 year old Joseph M. Sloan was traveling north on Highway 79 around 12:30 this (Thursday) morning, when he went off the road and hit a tree.
Sloan was taken by survival flight to the Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
