A 19 year old New London man is caught by police after being on the run for more than a day.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol the incident began Saturday in the Philadelphia, Missouri area, troopers say they attempted to stop a vehicle on State Highway 168 East, however the vehicle fled, resulting in a pursuit.
3 people later abandoned the vehicle southwest of Palmyra fleeing on foot.
Troopers identified a suspect as Jaron W. Richards who had felony warrants out of Marion and Ralls County.
Richards was arrested on Sunday after a resident working in his garage recognized the man.
