A second trial is set Serghei Comerzan who is accused of 2nd degree murder and resisting a lawful stop in the 2015 death of Missouri State Trooper James Bava.
The trial has been set for February 23rd at 9am, and is expected to last 6 days.
Comerzan’s first trial last month ended up in a hung jury.
