Man Accused of Second Degree Murder in Audrain County Court

A hearing for Richard Henry is scheduled for this (Friday) afternoon.

Henry is charged with first degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a firearm in the death of Leon Wilder the Third was arrested along with Arline Diedrich on July 10th.

37 year old Justin Traughber was formally charged in the case this week with 2nd degree murder, robbery, along with weapons and drug offenses.

Henry is scheduled to make his appearance at 1:30 this (Friday) afternoon.
