A Kansas City man will spend 5 years in prison for burglarizing and attempting to set fire to a Callaway County business in August of 2016.
Timothy Morris pleaded guilty this week to taking ATV ramps from the business on Old Highway 40, and setting fires in the building in an attempt to burn it.
The fire did not spread, and the business only suffered minor damage.
