The Pike County man accused of killing his step son will be in court for an arraignment at 9 am on September 6th.
60 year old Micael Allan Black is charged with first degree murder and armed criminal action in the shooting death of 31 year old Alexander Koch.
According to the probable cause statement , Black told authorities he shot Koch because he was tired of getting hit by him.
Black is currently in the Pike Jail on a one million dollar cash only bond.
