Minor smoke damage is being reported to a camper that caught fire in the camping area of Lakeview Park yesterday (Thursday).

Mexico Public Safety reports it happened around 5:43 with a small fire in a 2004 Coachman trailer in the cabinets above and around the refrigerator/freezer unit.

The cause of the fire was due to a nest being built by a small animal in the coils of the refrigerator.

No injuries were reported in the incident.
