A Mexico woman gets a 3 year prison sentence for stealing.
According to court documents 45 year old Angela Buck was sentenced in a Callaway County Court yesterday (Monday) after admitting to violating probation.
The judge recommended Buck complete the shock incarceration program within the department of corrections before being considered for release.

The Missouri Senate has a new bill before them that would ban texting and driving for drivers of all ages. The bill is being sponsored by Senator Wayne Wallingford, a Republican from Cape Girardeau. 47 states have already banned texting for drivers. The Missouri state law currently prohibits texting for all drivers under 21.
