A 71 year old Ethel, Missouri man is dead after a one car accident in Macon last (Thursday) night.
The Missouri Highway Patrol says it happened around 7 on Missouri 149, 3.5 miles north of New Cambria.
Gail M. Allard overcorrected after going over the center line of the road, hit a fence, overturned on the drivers side and was partially ejected.
Allard was pronounced dead at the scene by a Dr. from Samaritan Hospital, the passenger in the car suffered minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene.
