The Mexico Bulldog Girls two game winning streak came to an end as they lost to the Highland Cougars 71-54 last (Friday) night. A milestone was reached by Highland’s Junior Guard Katelyn Benson she recorded her 1000th point in her career. Adria Costley had a game high 25 points, and Regan Playter added 4 three pointers finishing with 15 points in the game. The Lady Bulldogs now have 10 wins and 10 losses on the year.
The Mexico Bulldogs boys with a big 68-42 win over Highland. The Highland Boys are now 0-20 this season. The Bulldogs had a one point lead at halftime, but in the second they never looked back. Tyler Spargo was back in the lineup after being sick last Friday he put forth a monster 28 point, 2 dunk performance, backed up by solid defensive play by J’Marquary McGruder who put up 14 points.

The Missouri Tigers Men’s Basketball team host the Mississippi State Bulldogs this afternoon (Saturday) and its the third annual Rally for Rhyan game.
The benefit will raise money for the Loos family and 6 year old Rhyan Loos who was diagnosed with pediatric cancer.
The previous two games combined raised more than one hundred thousand dollars.
Tip off is at 1pm at Mizzou Arena.
