Governor Eric Greitens has been indicted on a felony charge of invasion of privacy.
In a press releases, Circuit Attorney of St. Louis, Kim Gardner announced a grand jury issued the indictment today [Thursday] for an incident that took place on March 21, 2015.
Under Missouri law, the Grand Jury has found probable cause to believe that Governor Greitens violated the law that has a 3 year statute of limitations.
Court records indicate Greitens allegedly knowingly photographed a victim in a state of full or partial nudity without her knowledge or consent.
