KXEO Sports Report for 2/22/18

In area high school basketball last (Wednesday) night on the boys side it was Fulton defeating Moberly 65 to 43 and New Bloomfield 74 to 55 winners over Sturgeon.

Several district games it was Hallsville boys moving on after defeating Highland 61 to 41.

Clopton defeats Paris boys.

Macon beats Centralia 60-52.

Wellsville big time over MSD 57 to 13.

Girls action saw South Callaway move onto the district championship beating Fatima 52 to 42 they will face Hermann who took out Blair Oaks 54 to 30.

Christian ended Montgomery County girls season 54-42.

Moberly girls beat Fulton 61 to 47 in a regular season conference match up.

The Missouri Tigers Baseball Team earned its first road win of the season yesterday (Wednesday) against 24th ranked Miami 9-0.

Junior Pitcher Brian Sharp dazzled in his first career start, pitching a career high 5 innings while striking out 8.

Mizzou improved to 3-1 on the year.


The 11th ranked Missouri Women’s Basketball team is at home tonight (Thursday) hosting the Vanderbilt Commodores.

This is the last home game of the season tip off is at 7pm.
