KXEO Sports Report for 3/13/18-MU Women’s BB Tigers a Five Seed in NCAA Tournament, Blues Win!

The Missouri Tigers Women’s Basketball team is heading into its third straight NCAA Tournament.

The Tigers were selected as a 5 seed and will be traveling to Stanford to face the 12th seeded Florida Gulf Coast for a first round battle on Saturday afternoon.

The Kansas City Chiefs are cutting ties with long-time linebacker Tambi Hali.

The Chiefs reportedly saved nearly 7.7 million dollars against the salary cap and leaves 1.7 million dollars in dead money.

Tamba Hali played 12 years for Kansas City ending up with 89.5 career sacks, which is second in Chiefs history behind Derrick Thomas.

The St. Louis Blues doubled up the Anaheim Ducks winning 4-2 last (Monday) night.

Ivan Barbashev registered a goal and an assist, while Alex Pietrangelo added two helpers in the Blues victory.
