Increased Safety Belt Enforcment in Mexico Today (Thursday)
An increased safety belt enforcement will be taking place in Mexico today (Thursday).
Mexico Public Safety Department says they will be participating in Occupant Protection Day in Missouri and it is a statewide enforcement.
According to the Missouri Department of Transportation, 182 have been killed in Missouri crashes so far this year.
Studies show that motorists are 75 percent less likely to be killed in rollover crashes if buckled up.
