A judge did not rule in a hearing today [Tuesday] after defense attorneys for Governor Eric Greitens asked for the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office to be disqualified from his case.
The request was made in relation to the felony charge for computer data tampering that was filed by Kim Gardner’s Office in Friday. He is accused of obtaining a charity donor list to assist in raising money for his campaign.
The defense team asked Judge Rex Burlison to require a special prosecutor in the case.
Another hearing will be held on May 22.
