State Representative Unblocks Critic
A Missouri State Representative has unblocked a constituent after he filed a lawsuit.
Representative Cheri Toalson Reisch, of Hallsville, announced her decision today to unblock attorney Michael Campbell.
Campbell sued Reisch saying blocking a constituent based on their political views violates their first amendment rights.
Similar lawsuits have been filed around the country.
A federal judge ruled in May President Donald Trump violated the first amendment when he blocked critics.
