Missouri Attorney General’s Office Open Investigation Into Duck Boat Fatalities

A criminal investigation into the circumstances of the tourist boat that sank and killed 17 people is now underway by the Missouri Attorney General’s Office.

 

Josh Hawley’s office confirmed yesterday (Monday) that it has an open investigation that falls under the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act into the duck boat incident that happened July 19th at Table Rock Lake.

According to a spokesperson for the attorney general’s office they are working with investigators to find the facts and see if any criminal charges may be appropriate.
