Columbia Man Pleads Guilty To Sex Trafficking

A Columbia man has pleaded guilty to one count of sex trafficking of a minor and two counts of transportation for illegal sexual activity by coercion and enticement in federal court today. [Monday]

Twenty six year old Kenneth Ronald Jones admitted he induced three victims, including a 17 year old to travel from Wisconsin to Missouri to engage in prostitution and illicit sexual activity between May 1 and June 1, 2016.

The 17 year old victim reported to her social worker she was being held against her will by Jones. She was removed by law enforcement from a home in Columbia.

Jones is subject to a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in federal prison without the possibility of parole.
