Serious Injuries In Monroe County Crash
Two people were injured in a crash on County Road 473 in Stoutsville just after 8:30 last night. [Friday]
The Highway Patrol reports the accident happened when 40 year old Jeremy Perkins of Stoutsville attempted to pass 30 year old Cody Schuette of O’Fallon as Schuette was making a left turn. Perkins struck Schuette’s vehicle in the drivers side.
A passenger in Perkins vehicle, 76 year old Irvin Perkins sustained serious injuries. He was taken to University Hospital.
Jeremy Perkins had minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene.
