Callaway K9 Assists In Drug Arrest
Callaway County K9 Officer, Iro, assisted the Missouri State Highway Patrol with a drug bust just east of Kingdom City last night. [Thursday]
Iro was participating in the investigation at the 149 mile marker at 9:02 when he alerted on the suspect’s vehicle.
A search of the car uncovered a felony amount of marijuana and related articles.
Troopers arrested 24 year old Evan Harris of Wake Forest, North Carolina on suspicion of delivery of two and a half pounds of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
He is being held without bond.
