Two Arrested In Montgomery County Pursuit

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people after a high speed chase that led to a crash.

Deputies report they attempted to stop a vehicle reported stolen in Tennessee, and the driver, identified as Dustin Lambert, refused to stop and the chase ensued.

During the pursuit, Lambert was swerving toward traffic at speeds in excess of 120 miles per hour, and on more than one occasion attempted to ram several patrol vehicles.

The chase ended a deputy attempted to pass Lambert, and he swerved, hitting the patrol vehicle causing Lambert to lose control and roll down an embankment.

Lambert and his passenger Jessie bell of Fulton were arrested after a short foot pursuit.
