A Higbee teen was flown to University Hospital in Columbia after a car crash just after 7:00 this morning. [Tuesday]
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when a vehicle driven by 18 year old Kaleb Skaggs ran off the road and struck a telephone pole on Highway BB.
The crash report says Skaggs sustained moderate injuries in the crash.
