Third Trial Postponed In DeBrodie Death
A third trial in relation to the death of 31 year old Carl DeBrodie in Fulton was postponed in a hearing today. [Monday]
Anthony R. Flores is charged with patient abuse or neglect in a mental health facility, involuntary manslaughter, abandonment of a corpse and making a false report.
Defense attorneys asked for the continuance in order to resolve issues in a federal investigation stemming from DeBrodie’s death.
The trials for Sherry Paulo and Mary Paulo were continued last week.
DeBrodie’s remains were found encased in concrete inside a Fulton storage unit in April of 2017.
