KXEO Sports Report for 4/4/19
The Mexico Bulldogs Baseball Team dropped a game 12-4 to the Fulton Hornets at home last (Wednesday) night.
The game was moved up a day due to impending rain.
It was the first time in a week the Bulldogs took the field.
Dalyn Feigenspan went 2-3 at the plate with 2 runs and an RBI.
Zach Mueller went 2-3 and recorded an RBI.
The Bulldogs are now 5-6 overall and 2-3 in the North Central Missouri Conference.

The Missouri Tigers Baseball Team’s offense exploded with a 17-2 win over Kansas State last (Wednesday) night.
The Tigers picked up their 20th win of the year.

The St. Louis Cardinals swept the Pittsburgh Pirates with a 5-4 extra innings win last (Wednesday) night.
For the second game in a row the Redbirds were slow to start, however battled their way back.
The Cardinals were down 3-0 through five innings.
But two late homers from Paul Dejong and Harrison Bader kept them alive, before Kolten Wong hit a triple and set up Tyler O’Neill’s clutch RBI single in the 10th.
The Cardinals are off today (Thursday) moving their home opener to tomorrow (Friday) when they take on the San Diego Padres.

The Kansas City Royals lost to the Minnesota Twins 7-6.
Kansas City under five hundred for the first time season with a record of 2-3.

The St. Louis Blues lost 4-3 in a shootout against the Chicago Blackhawks.
Only 2 games left in the regular season, the Blues sit in third place in the Central Division and have clinched a playoff spot.
