Three people are in custody after Cole County Deputies located a small marijuana grow operation and a handgun after receiving reports of a possible drive-by shooting early this morning. [Tuesday]
When deputies arrived at 1206 Westview Drive they located several shell casings and gathered enough information to determine where the incident originated, and a search warrant was obtained.
During a search of the residence 50 marijuana plants, a gun and drug paraphernalia were seized.
The suspects face multiple charges including manufacturing a controlled substance and discharging a firearm at a motor vehicle.
