County Health Rankings Released

The 2019 national County Health Rankings have been released measuring the current health of the county.

The County Health Rankings provide an in-depth assessment of how health is influenced by where people live, learn, work and play.

The report is ranked on 2 categories, health outcomes and health factors.

In mid-Missouri, Boone County ranked 9th for health outcomes and fourth for health factors.

Callaway County is ranked 29th for health outcomes and 42nd for factors, Audrain came in at 50th for outcomes and 58th for factors, while Randolph is ranked 79th for outcomes and 84th for factors.

All of the 115 counties in the state were given a rank. St. Charles County received the top ranking in both categories.
