Mexico Man Sentenced To 25 Years For Drug Trafficking

A Mexico man will spend 25 years in federal prison after he was sentenced for participating in a conspiracy to distribute a mixture or substance containing methamphetamine.

Forty nine year old Robert Joseph Reno was arrested as part of a long-term Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force operation.


As part of the investigation, officers executed multiple search warrants in 2015 in the 1300 block of Ringo Street, the 500 block of Western Street and the 100 block of South Olive, all in Mexico, Additionally a residence in the 14000 block of Audrain Road 9821 was searched.

The searches revealed a significant amount of meth, firearms, money and paraphernlia used in the trafficking of drugs.

Others previously sentenced in relation to the investigation include Douglas Druger and Brandon Hammers, both of Mexico, Jennifer Moore of Auxvasse and Joshua Evans of Quincy, Illinois.
