A lawn mowing accident at the Heritage Hills Golf Course in Moberly has claimed the life of a 30 year old man.
Authorities say Paul George was found unresponsive around 12:15 on Saturday afternoon near the back of the golf course.
The Randolph County Coroner Don Barrett pronounced him dead at the scene.
A Callaway County man is in moderate condition after being hit by a car yesterday afternoon. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports 28 year old David Padgett was walking eastbound on Route AA, and was struck by an eastbound vehicle, that fled the scene. It is unknown if police are looking for the driver.
