Hallsville Senior Wins Better Business Bureau Award

A Hallsville High School Senior is the winner of this year’s Student of Ethics award for the Columbia region of the Better Business Bureau.

Ralph Waltz won the award, which provides two thousand five hundred dollars toward college or trade school expenses.

Past winners of the award selected Waltz based on his essay, community service, academics and other achievements.

He plans to study chemical engineering and is still weighing his college options.
