The Columbia Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a woman last seen on October 8.
Police say 28 year old Mengqi Elledge was last seen at her residence in the 2600 block of Eastwood Drive at 11:30 PM when she went to bed.
Her husband reports she was gone when he woke up October 9 at approximately 5:00 AM. He reported her missing at around 5:45 that evening.
Mengqi is a Chinese female with brown eyes and black shoulder length hair she typically wears in a bun. She is approximately 5 feet 1 inch to 5 feet 3 inches tall and 105 pounds.
Anyone who sees or hears from her is asked to contact the nearest law enforcement agency.
