The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged a Fulton man with felony offenses of burglary and stealing.
The charges against 28 year old Joseph Underwood were filed yesterday as the result of a residential burglary investigation conducted on Saturday.
Deputies were called to the area of County Road 340 near Millersburg. Underwood was allegedly found in the area, and deputies recovered several articles of stolen property.
Underwood is being held in the Callaway County Jail pending a $10 thousand bond.
