CALLS FOR SERVICE:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service yesterday (Thursday):
A suspicious vehicle on Quantico Road.
A scam on North Coal.
A fight in progress on Mars.
A stealing or theft at 4820 South Clark.
Shots fired reported on North Jeffries towards North Coal.
CAR ACCIDENTS:
A 2 car accident reported yesterday (Thursday) afternoon on Coal at Love.
According to the accident report it happened when 67 year old Michelle S. Talbert, of Vandalia failed to yield for oncoming traffic and hit a vehicle driven by a 16 year old Mexico boy on the drivers side.
No injuries reported.
