The Centralia Senior Center, Community R-6 in Laddonia.
Fulton Public Schools snow routes only.
Hallsville, Moberly Head Start and the Moberly Public Schools, Paris R-2,and Sturgeon R-5.
Van-Far R-1 Schools, and Wellsville R-1 Schools with classes canceled.
