The City of Mexico is being recognized with a state of Missouri award.
Kensey Russell, Public Works Director says the Missouri Chapter of Concrete Association recently presented the award to the City of Mexico for a project on East Holt Street.
The City of Mexico will now be considered for a national award for the project.
The winners will be announced later this year.
