Mexico Public Safety Report For 4/6/20
ARRESTS:
Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 52 year old Michael E. Shorty for 4th Degree Domestic Assault.
Damian L. Johnson arrested on Saturday, April 4th for 2 Audrain County Warrants.
Public safety arrested 57 year old Lynn P. Weltha yesterday (Sunday) for a Marion County Warrant.
38 year old Amber L. Cupp arrested this (Monday) morning for 2 Audrain County Warrants.
CALLS FOR SERVICE:
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service over the weekend starting on Friday, April 3rd:
A stealing or theft on North Washington.
A domestic physical incident at the West Plaza Shopping Center.
A fight in progress at East Bolivar.
Mexico Public Safety went to the following calls on Saturday, April 4th:
A stealing or theft on West Promenade.
A careless and imprudent driver on South Clark at Wal-Mart.
Public Safety went to the following calls yesterday (Sunday):
Threats on North Clark.
A stolen vehicle at South Washington.
A fight in progress on North Western.
CAR ACCIDENTS:
A 2 car accident reported at Muldrow and Jackson in Mexico on Saturday, April 4th at 1:25pm.
According to the accident report it happened when 72 year old Raymond J. Tippett of Mexico pulled into the intersection and did not see a vehicle driven by Nathaniel L. Jackson of Mexico when a collision happened.
No injuries reported.
A 2 car accident on Trinity at Breckenridge in Mexico yesterday (Sunday ) afternoon at 4:55.
According to the accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 25 year old Abbagail M. Lewis of Mexico turned left on Trinity and hit a vehicle driven by 24 year old Megan D. Stone of Mexico.
No injuries reported.
